Harry Potter is dead! The boy who lived never even got a chance to live. Rather then sacrifice her life Lily Evans/Potter handed over her wiggling one year old son to Lord Voldemort on that fateful October evening back in 1981 so that she could live.
Why?
Ever since her days at Hogwarts Lily Potter had been in love with the Slytherin who had introduced her to the magical world. Now at his side as his wife and mother to his children Lily Potter (now known as Kiira Snape) has ruled Hogwarts as it's new Headmistress ever since her husband killed Albus Dumbledore.
Now entering what would have been Harry's sixth year Kiira Snape doesn't believe life can get any better or that anything can bring her world crashing down on her. However unknown to the Snape's or to the Dark Lord the Order was never completely stamped out so a rebellion is on the horizon.

Active site with a lot of canons still available and without Harry there you get to decide their history. Are Ron and Hermione even friends since they didn't have Harry to pull them together? Cedric is still alive since he wasn't dragged with Harry to the graveyard during what would have been Harry's fourth year.
